ORDERS
Upon receiving the order, we contact the client in order to discuss their expectations. An individual quote is then prepared, based on client requirements.
All new customers are required to pay a minimum 50% deposit upon the order confirmation prior to printing. We cannot commence any work unless the payment has cleared.

ARTWORK
Where artwork is supplied by the client, it is their responsibility to ensure we receive a print-ready file. We reserve a right to make slight variations to the design if it is deemed too complex to be physically implemented.
If the design is to be prepared by Car Wraps UK, a proof fee of £60.00 is required prior to commencing the design unless Car Wraps UK have been designated to perform the application. The fee includes 2 changes to the artwork, further changes are charged at £20.00 each.

PAYMENTS
Unless stated otherwise, a full payment is required 14 days from the invoice date. All goods supplied remain the property of Car Wraps UK unless paid for in full.
In the event where the client fails to make a payment within the stated time, the client automatically authorises Car Wraps UK to enter their premises and repossess all supplied goods.
We accept most major credit cards and cheques.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Once the artwork is approved, we commence the print. Please note that this requires 48 hours drying time. The turnaround time for application is usually 2 working days unless otherwise stated. All vehicles must be presented clean, free from grease stains and dirt. If application is at the clients premises, it is the client’s responsibility to arrange well-lit and dry premises with access to electricity.
Please note Car Wraps UK will try to meet their clients’ expectations to the best of their ability. As fitters apply print to a multi-dimensional vehicle surface, the proof may vary from the actual positioning of vinyl. We also reserve the right to insert stress relief cuts in the vinyl if seamless wrapping is unsuitable.

LIABILITY/COMPLAINTS
All complaints must be received in writing up to 7 days past the completion of the work. After this time, Car Wraps UK cannot be liable for eventual changes.
Car Wraps UK will strive to resolve all complaints promptly and efficiently. We make every effort possible to ensure all problems are resolved and mistakes corrected.
In the event where the vinyl is damaged due to no fault of our own (mechanical damage, etc), the client obliges to pay the costs of the correction. We will not take responsibility for any damage resulting from the workmanship or application of the vinyl.
