Printing

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent print results. We use the latest state-of-the-trade technology in digital print and as a result we can print up to 1200dpi resolution. The solvent inks used with our machinery ensure longevity and fade-resistance of the vinyl.

Media

There is a number of suppliers specialising in vehicle signage vinyl. At Car Wraps Uk we source our media primarily from Europe and therefore we avoid cheaper, poor quality alternatives. Each vinyl we use offers different qualities and consequently, the selection of a particular media depends on a number of circumstances such as size and shape of the vehicle. We generally use vinyl such as Mactac, Avery or 3M, which are known for excellent durability and conformity. Prior to application, each section is laminated which additionally protects both the print and media from minor abrasion and fading.
