How do we do it? Once the artwork has been approved, we start the production process by printing it on high quality cast vinyl which is purposely designed for car wrapping. The bodywork is then cleaned and prepared for application. Cast vinyl is applied in sections to create the entire image. If required we can also cover the back window with a perforated vinyl which enables inside to outside view. This will of course be consistent with the rest of the artwork. |
How long does it take? Car wrapping is quite a complicated and time-consuming process therefore speeding it up may not always give good results. Turnaround generally depends on the size of the car. Once the artwork has been approved and printed, we can wrap a small car in one working day. Application on a larger car or a van takes longer. |
